| 摘 要： | 教师不可替代的专业化职业已逐渐成为人们的共识。在某一职业逐步专业化过程中,一些带标志性的特质逐步形成。教师的专业技能是专业化教师的基本特质之一。专业化教师的特质研究是教师质量保证机制最为基础性的工程,是适应21世纪我国教师教育转型,提高教师专业化水平的核心问题。

| Abstract: | People am getting to know well that teaching career is a kind of specialized occupation that nothing can replace it.With the process of forming teaching specialization,some distinct traits come into being.The spe- cialized teaching skill is one of the essential traits,which teachers of specialization are expected to hold.The re- search of the distinct traits belonging to the teachers of specialization is a basic project,which can assure the teach- ing system working good,and also it is a main problem we are eager to solve. |
