| 摘 要： | 人力资本对经济增长有着举足轻重的作用,为此利用欠发达的浙江衢州地区1995—2009年的相关数据,以有效劳动模型、人力资本外部性模型对衢州地区经济增长中人力资本的贡献程度进行实证分析。结果表明,衢州地区目前仍然是以物资资本投资为主的粗放型经济增长方式,人力资本对经济增长的贡献率偏低,由此提出如何提高人力资本对经济增长贡献率的措施建议。
