劳动力市场互寻摩擦理论与我国大学生就业问题

摘    要:
2010年度诺贝尔经济学奖的评定体现了凯恩斯主义的回归:得主戴蒙德的获奖理由是对劳动力市场互寻摩擦理论的精辟分析。本文从思想史和社会学的角度对该理论进行分析,认为在排除经济、政治、文化的干扰因素后将其应用于我国的大学生就业问题是可行的。

Abstract:
The appraisement of Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 2010 incarnates regression of Keynesianism:Neo-Keynesian Peter Arthur Diamond was awarded for his theory of labor markets with search frictions,which is analyzed in this paper from two directions,namely ideology and sociology.Conclusion was arrived that applying that theory to the employment problem of graduates in China is feasible only if three disturbers arisen out of economy,politics and culture are obviated.
