| 摘 要： | 顺应时代发展的潮流和现实需要,中国提出了构建"和谐社会"和"和谐世界 "的新理念.构建"和谐社会"针对中国的内政建设,其实质是理解与包容;而构建"和谐 世界"则是中国在外交方面所提出的创新性思想,具有重要的时代价值.构建"和谐社会" 和"和谐世界"是当今中国内政外交政策的主轴和最强音,也是中国兴国济世的优方良策.

| Abstract: | Conform to the trend of the times and current needs,China has proposed the new concept of building a "harmonious society" and "harmonious world".Construction of the "harmonious society" against China's internal affairs building,the essence of which is understanding and tolerance;The construction of "a harmonious world" is the innovative thinking of China about the diplomacy,which has important value of the times.Construction of the "harmonious society" and "harmonious world" is the main axis and the strongest voice of the China's domestic and foreign policies,and is also the good methods and strategies of the country revitalization and world relief. |
