| 摘 要： | 法律移植是世界法律发展中的一个常见现象。从法律移植对于法律形式化、法律价值理念的现代化和法律的效益化三者的推动出发，可以看到法律移植对于法制现代化的积极意义。法制现代化是当代中国移植外国法律制度的价值目标。

And the modernization of legal system is the aim of China's transferring foreign legal system. |
