基于企业家管理周期的企业成长机理研究

我国企业的成长通常过于依赖企业家个人，一旦企业家个人判断力出现偏差或个人出现意外，就会使企业遭受重创，这也是导致我国企业生命周期过短的一个重要原因。因此企业要实现持续性成长，需要使企业的成长突破企业家个人管理周期的制约。文章从企业成长、企业家能力、企业家能力与企业成长阶段的匹配三个方面对企业家管理周期进行深入分析，提出了企业成长是不断克服单个企业家能力局限的过程，最后从制度上对企业家管理周期与企业成长模式的匹配问题提出了具体的对策和建议。

Analysis on the Developing Mechanism of Family Firms Based on Entrepreneur Management Cycle Theory

The enterprise＇ s growth usually relies on entrepreneur very much in china. Once the entrepreneur have some accident or make wrong decision, the enterprise would be declined in life cycle, which is one of main reasons of short life in Chinese firms. Therefore the enterprise＇ s growth has to break through the restriction of entrepreneur＇s management cycle. This article analyzes the interaction between entrepreneur＇s management cycle and entrepreneur＇s growth, make basic model and propose four propositions, give suggestions on system, make a conclusion that the growth process of enterprise needs unceasingly to overcome the limitation of single entrepreneur＇ s ability.
