| 摘 要： | 近几年来,随着丹东市旅游业的快速发展,旅行社规模不断扩大,导游员队伍不断壮大。导游员队伍在丹东市旅游业的发展中起到了至关重要的作用,做出了积极重要的贡献。但是,在丹东市导游员队伍的成长过程中,还存在着一些不容忽视的问题。笔者在对丹东旅游局及部分旅行社进行相关调查的基础上分析了丹东导游员队伍的现状和所存在的问题,对提高导游员队伍整体素质、加强导游员管理等方面进行了探讨,以确保丹东市旅游业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years,as the travel industry is thriving,the travel service continuously expanding and the number of tour guides is increasing.Tour guides play a fatal role in the development of travel industry.However, there are some problems in tour guide training and management in Dandong.Based on investigation into tourismrelated institutions and travel agencies,the author proposes some advice to improve tour guide quality and their management. |
