| 摘 要： | 我国历史上的移民安置重视保护移民社会网络和社会资本,重视变被动移民为主动移民,重视建立统一的移民专门管理机构,重视移民安置补偿工作的创新探索。通过对中国历史上移民补偿安置的研究,借鉴其成功经验,对中国当前水电工程农村移民有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | The feudal dynasties in the Chinese history paid attention to protecting social networks and social capital in the resettlment of local inhabitants for certain purposes,enabling the inhabitants to change from unvoluntary resettlement to voluntary resettlement,establishing unified resettlement agencies,and innovating the work of resettlement and compensation.So to learn from historical experience is very important for China’s present resettlement and compensation to local inhabitants in the construction of a hydropower project. |
