Readjustments of Land Property Rights in Land Regulation--A case study in Yangxin County, Shandong Province

The readjustments of land property rights is a systematic project, a kind of sensitively profitable action as well as a necessary link and the core in the conduct of land regulation, and is meanwhile an important characteristic different from other farm infrastructures. This paper, taking the project of land development and regulations in Yangxin County, Shandong Province as an example, analyzes and expounds the meanings of the readjustments of land property rights, land property rights involved and their definitions, their principles and programmes, as well as existing problems and possible countermeasures in their management.
