| 摘 要： | 要构建社会主义和谐社会，必须加强民主法制建设，促进社会公平正义。经济法的价值取向、本质和发展理念等都与和谐社会的内在要求相契合，可以在构建和谐社会中发挥其他部门法无法实现或难以实现的作用。同时，必须以构建和谐社会的现实需要完善经济法具体制度，才能确保其作用的有效发挥。
