| 摘 要： | 教态素养是大学教师应当具备但却常为人们所忽视的一种重要的素养。大学教师的教态素养包括语言表达能力、体语艺术的表现能力、情感的调控能力、教态认知能力及创新能力。当前大学教师的教态素养存在诸多问题,提出大学教师教态素养的构成与特性,探讨大学教师教态素养的养成目标与途径。
