试析中国参与大湄公河次区域合作的意义

近年来 ,大湄公河次区域合作在平等互信互利的基础上 ,取得了较大的进展 ,推动了中国与东南亚国家之间的地区经济一体化进程 ,并日渐成为国际关注的一个热点。在大湄公河次区域合作与开发上 ,中国作了大量的投入 ,这在政治上 ,可以营造有利于中国和平崛起的稳定的周边环境 ;在经济上 ,对推动中国西部大开发 ,促进 6国的共同繁荣起着重要的作用 ,是中国“睦邻、安邻、富邻”政策的实际体现。今后中国应主动及时采取新的对策 ,发挥“领头雁”的作用 ,切实推进大湄公河次区域合作和开发的进程 ,实现次区域的共同发展与繁荣

On the Significance of China's Participation in the Greater Mekong Subregional Cooperation

In recent years, the Greater Mekong subregional cooperation, on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, has made good progress, promoting regional economic integration between China and ASEAN countries and drawing world attention. China has made great input in the cooperative development. Such input will help to create a stable neighborhood favorable to China's peaceful rise and promote the opening up of China's broad western region and joint prosperity of the six countries of the project. It is also a demonstration of China's policy of good neighborly relationships and co-prosperity. In the future, China should take new and timely initiative to push forward the subregional development and realize joint prosperity.
