| 摘 要： | 优化配置科技资源已成为管理决策者提高国家企业竞争力的核心问题,而明晰的产权是科技资源资本化和优化配置的前提与基础。本文在界定科技资源和产权的概念的基础上,从产权的视角分析我国科技资源中存在的问题并提出优化科技资源产权的措施。

| Abstract: | The logical allocation of science and technology available to the competition capacity of enterprises for the manager and the governor has become a core problem. Transparent property right is its precondition and base that enable S&T resource to capitalize and optimize. Based on the connotation of S&T resource and property right, this paper analyses the problem of S&T resource in China and brings forward some suggestions of how to optimize S&T resource property right. |
