| 摘 要： | 文章指出近年来全国职务犯罪有上升的趋势,其产生不仅有职务主体个人品质、法制观念、献身精神方面的原因,更重要的在于社会因素的影响,主要包括社会分配的多元化导致分配的不平衡、对等价交换观念的错误理解,经济体制的转型,政治体制及法律制度的缺陷和不配套等方面的原因。

| Abstract: | As for the increasing officials' crimes in recent years, the author points out that besides the causes of the officials' personal quality, their understanding of the legal system and devotion to work, the key lies in social factors which mainly include the unfair distribution originating from a multi-social distribution, a misunderstanding of equivalent exchange, the transition of the economic system, the defects of the political system and legal system. |
