| 摘 要： | 在中国资本市场不断规范发展中,投资银行业务迫切需要引入创造性思维与创造性决策机制,以创造投资银行业务的产品种类和提升其业务水平.投资银行业务的创造性决策机制将全面提升资本市场规模,并提供给投资者和筹资者以更多的金融品种,进而降低市场投资风险,提高投资者收益水平.

| Abstract: | It is urgent to introduce creative decision making mechanism to upgrade the operation level of China's Investment Banking and innovate more financial products .The implementation of the mechanism on investment banking will enlarge the scale of capital market and offer more trading to investors and money raisers inevitably ,thus it will not only minimize the investment risk ,but also promote income ratio of investors. |
