Study on the Essential of the Intentional Development of University From the Angle of University Culture

the development of university cannot leave apart from university culture and need the university culture to unit the hearts,promote the key ability of competition and provide advanced education ideals and regulations.The development of university is a kink of development of pursuing quality,detail,characteristic and innovation.Study on the issue from the angle of the university itself,intentional development is shown from five aspects,including quality,level,talented person,culture and management.From the angle of university culture,the intentional development of university is shown in the following aspects,people oriented,ideals with characteristics,sense of innovation,sustainable development,spirit of science and culture.
