| 摘 要： | 农民是新农村建设的主体,培养新型农民是新农村建设内在的要求。我国农民数量多、整体素质较低决定了培养新型农民是一个长期而艰巨的任务,贯彻落实科教兴国战略,以加强对农民的教育和科技培训为中心,同时加强农村精神文明建设、民主法制建设等内容,全面促进农民素质的提升。

| Abstract: | Farmers are the principal part in building socialist new countryside.Therefore,cultivating new-fashioned farmers is a task inherent to constructing new countryside.As farmers in China are large in number and poor in quality on the whole,cultivating new-fashioned farmers is a long-term and demanding task.It is necessary to carry out the strategy of developing the country through science and technology,have farmers' education and technical training as the center,promote ethical and cultural progress and strengthen democracy legal system to improve farmers' quality in an all-round way. |
