| 摘 要： | 目的:论述新形势下医院文化建设的意义,医院文化建设与发展的理念。方法:从医院文化建设的价值观、医院文化建设的发展理念、医院文化建设与医院医德建设的关系论述医院文化建设与发展。结论:医院文化建设是医院管理者的重要组成部分,可促进医院发展,真正提高医院的综合实力,达到可持续发展的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective:discussing the significance of building hospital cultural under the new situation and the concept of construction and development of hospital culture.Method: discussing the construction and development of hospital culture in terms of the view of value of hospital cultural building,development ideas of hospital cultural building,the relationship between hospital cultural building and hospital doctor moral building.Conclution:hospital cultural building is an important part of hospital management and may stimulate hospital development,raise comprehensive force of hospital really,obtain the objective of sustainable development. |
