农户土地流转意愿与户主属性的关系——基于长沙、慈利、平江三县的实证研究

基于湖南省长沙、慈利、平江三县大样本的农户调查,考察户主的自身禀赋、环境、社会阶层、家庭规模、健康程度与农户的土地转入和转出流转意愿的关系。实证结果表明,健康程度等因素与转入土地愿意正相关,性别与是否愿意转入土地负相关;与土地转出意愿正相关的有＂经常去省会等大城市＂、＂村组干部＂、＂直系亲属中有接受高等教育者＂,说明土地转出意愿与户主的获取资源的能力即社会阶层有关。

Relationship between rural land transfer's wishes and the head of household's characteristic: based on empirical research on Changsha, Cili, Pingjiang Counties

Based on the empirical research on households of Changsha,Cili and Pingjiang,this article focus on the relationship between the social factors such as endowments’,environmental impact,social class,family size,health and the will of farmers in land transfer.The results shows that： health level has positively effects on transfer into Land,sexuality has negative effects;the positively related to the land transferred out of the will are ＂often to the provincial capital and other big cities,＂ ＂village and group cadres,＂ ＂immediate family members who have education degree＂,coefficient of these variable are positive,indicating the land transferred out has relationship with the capacity of head of household to get resources,which related to social class.
