| 摘 要： | 现代化和城市化的进程导致中国大城市居民的居住意识发生变化。对大连市4个地区进行调查研究，结果表明：年龄越高的居民定居意识越强；学历越高的居民移居意识越强；对现居地满意程度越高的居民定居意识越强；市内新区居民的短期居住意识较强，市内旧区居民的移居意识较强，郊外居民的定居意识较强。
