| 摘 要： | 随着我国民用高科技水平的不断提高,利用民用高科技资源为军事需求服务成为军队建设的重要方向之一文章探讨了民用高科技资源为军队建设服务的可行性,并指出了制约民用高科技资源应用于国防建设的主要问题最后提出了加快民用技术为军队建设服务的政策性建议。 |

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of civil high-tech, one major orientation is to apply civil high-tech resources to military construction. This paper firstly discusses the possibility of the utilization of civil high-tech, then points out several problems that will restrict this application,and finally puts forward some politic suggestions for advancing the application of civil high-tech in military construction. |
