摘    要:当前,针对我国事业单位的发展现状与政事关系存在的突出问题,深化事业单位管理体制改革应围绕建设服务型政府、强化政府公共服务职能的目标要求,以理顺政事职能关系、重组事业部门为基础,以分类改革为基本战略,深化人事制度、资产管理体制、监督管理机制的改革,推进政事分开,理顺政事关系,完善政府公共服务体制。

Abstract:According to the problems in the relationship between public institutions and government affairs,further reformation of the management system in public institutions in China must be carried out to build a publicservice-oriented government,and strengthen public service functions.The reformation must be based on smoothing the conflicts between government affairs and roles and on reorganizing its divisions.The basic tactic is a classified reformation,aimed at further reforming the personnel system,asset management system,and supervisory management system,so that government can be separated from the affairs and the governmental public service system can be perfected.
