城市地下空间开发的公众认知现状初探

以公众对城市地下空间的认知为研究对象,通过问卷调查和数据分析相结合的技术方法,研究了公众对城市地下空间规划、开发建设、未来发展方向等三方面的认知现状。研究结果表明:公众对城市地下空间工程开发与利用的总体认知水平还有待提高,反映出我国当前对城市地下空间开发利用的宣传、教育和安全监测预警等工作还存在一些不足。针对调查研究过程中发现的认知问题,从公众本身、政府机关和监测技术等三个方面给出了可行性的对策建议,对引导公众提升自身对城市地下空间的专业素质、推进城市地下空间的发展进程和政府相关部门对城市地下空间开发建设的落实工作等具有一定的意义和价值。

A Preliminary Study on the Public Cognition Status of Urban Underground Space Development

Taking the public cognition of urban underground space development as the research object and by the combination of questionnaires and data analysis,the paper studies the public cognition status of urban underground space planning,development and construction,and future development direction.The research results show that the public′s overall cognitive level of urban underground space engineering development and utilization needs to be improved,which reflects that there are still some shortcomings in the current publicity,education,safety monitoring and early warning of urban underground space development and construction.In view of the cognitive problems found in the investigation and research process,the paper explores the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the public,government departments and monitoring technology,which has certain significance and value for guiding the public to improve their own professional quality in urban underground space,promoting urban underground space development process and enabling relevant government departments′implementation of urban underground space development and construction.
