| 摘 要： | 和谐是当今社会的一大主题，构建“和谐贵州”理念的提出，适应国情、省情、民情，是马克思主义、毛泽东思想的发展，是中华民族历史文化的继承。在这一历史使命中，文艺工作者担负着神圣的使命，其责任任重而道远。
