At present, the important measures aimed at perfecting the legal environment in the field of scientific & technological innovation are composed of formulating the basic law regarding the scientific & technological innovation, promoting the formulation and amendment in the field of law concerned, and establishing and perfecting the legal environment in which the government guides and supports the scientific & technological innovation. |
