| Abstract: | The administrative hearing system has played a very important role in the legal system of west countries. Since a hearing system was established in some relevant laws in our country in 1996, it has taken effect step by step. The newly-enacted Administrative Permit Law improved the procedure of hearing. This article discusses the following aspects: the hearing participants, the effect of hearing record and how to guarantee the hearing right. |
