Under the nationwide background of lacking electricity,as the electric system reform of "separating the factory and network and supplying electricity to network at a competitive price" carries on,conflictions between new or old idea ideas make all parts of the country invest in electricity blindly,make transmission of electricity from the western to the eastern region full of uncertain factors.And the goal of the electric system reform at the same time is also becoming indefinite.The article analyzes restriction factors and wishes to find the way of sustainable development of Guizhou electric power industry that is being changed to market from integration.
