摘    要:在分析顾客价值维度的基础上构建顾客学习与顾客决策过程的模型,将顾客价值引入到顾客学习与顾客购买过程中,演绎顾客的学习和购买过程,指导企业的营销实践,引导顾客学习,增加顾客价值,获取竞争优势。

Abstract:In view of constructing a customer learning and customer decision - making process model based on customer value dimension, a theory of customer value is absorbed into the study of customer learning and decision - making process. By deducing this process, we can provide some significant suggestions to the company, as well as direct firm marketing practice, guide customer learning, increase customer value and obtain competitive advantage
