事业单位国有资产有效管理途径的探讨

随着改革的深入，事业单位的国有资产权重明显上升，加强事业单位的国有资产管理，维护资产的安全和完整，提高资产的使用效益，对保障国家事业单位履行职责和促进各项事业健康发展都将发挥巨大作用。因此，事业单位在国有资产管理工作中，应强化管理机构和队伍建设、进一步建章立制和完善制度、重视加强固定资产的日常管理工作。同时应注意严把资产配置入口关、把好资产处置出口关、严格流动资产管理、加强对无形资产的保护和加强对外投资的管理等问题。

On Effective Management of State-owned Assets in Public Institutions

With the deepening of reform, the proportion of state-owned assets in public institutions has been obviously increasing. For public institutions, to strengthen the management of stateowned assets is a good way to maintain and improve the security, fullness and utilization benefit of their total assets, which will ensure them to fulfill the duties and develop healthily. In order to make an effective management of state-owned assets, this paper proposes that institutions should pay attention to the following issues： strengthening the construction of management organizations and staff, making regulations and perfecting the system, and attaching importance to daily management of real estates. Moreover, other measures are also mentioned such as checking strictly on asset allocation and asset disposition, enhancing the protection of intangible assets, and strengthening the management of current assents and foreign investment.
