| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校是在国家强力推动下,在高等教育大众化过程中产生的。随着经济全球化时代的到来,人民群众对高等教育需求日增,地方经济社会的发展对高校提出了诸多要求,此类院校所面临的机遇和挑战并存。新建地方本科院校只有遵循教育规律,制订符合自身实际的发展战略,以先进的教育思想观念为支撑,着力培育办学特色,才能实现可持续发展。
