| 摘 要： | 生产领域是新技术出现的起因,但技术创新本身却是在R&D领域创造出来的。生产领域涉及生产力、生产方式与生产关系,R&D领域涉及科研办、R&D方式与社会关系。因此,创新与生产力、制度、生产方式、科研力诸因素紧密相关,这些因素的发展必然影响到商品价值的"转形"和价值构成,从而引起对资本主义生产方式的深入理解与探讨,研究这些问题具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The motivation for technology innovation is attributed to the production field, while innovating new technology occurs in the field of research and development. The labor and the technology of the tools involve the labor＇ s freedom and nonfreedom, and non-exploited labor and new technological production tools. The questions to be discussed include the production mode and the existing technology, the autonomy of technology development and the primary, the transformation and value constitution, and value constitution and capitalist production mode. |
