摘    要:
近年来,随着我国国民经济的快速发展和住房制度的改革,房地产业取得了较大的发展,房地产市场逐步完善,消费者日趋成熟和理性。房地产开发企业间的竞争也日益加剧,越来越多的企业开始重视市场营销的作用。体验式营销就是伴随这种趋势而出现的,它更能满足消费者的心理需求,与消费者沟通更有力,已经成为房地产营销的一种发展趋势。

Abstract:
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s national economy and the housing system reform,the real estate industry has made great progress and the real estate market improved gradually,consumers become increasingly mature and rational.The competition between real estate development and enterprises increasing a lot,more and more enterprises to start play the marketing role.Experiential marketing is accompanied by such a trend emerging.It can better meet the psychological needs of consumers,It is the effective ways to communicate with the customers.
