| 摘 要： | 平衡记分卡和360度绩效评估系统是目前地方政府绩效评估中常用的方法,本文在此基础上构建了一个整合平衡记分卡和360°评估的绩效评估模型,以期为地方政府组织不断趋向理想的绩效评估作出尝试性探讨。
