海南农村中学教师科研素养调查、反思与对策

摘    要:近年来,国家大幅度推进的教师教育改革以及课程改革对教师科研素养的要求不断提高。"教师作为研究者"的理念也被越来越多的学者所认可。然而,海南农村中学教师仍然在科研素养方面表现出科研观消极、缺乏科研理论、科研能力的薄弱以及科研道德的虚高等问题。文化与家庭、职称评审制度以及教师培训方式等因素在很大程度上影响了农村教师科研素养的提升。欲破解现实困境,组建面向教育教学实践变革的科研团队、促进职称评审制度的变革以及注重农村教师在职培训模式的多样化是可行的改革之路。

Research,Reflection and Countermeasures of Scientific Research Ability of Rural Teachers in Middle Schools in Hainan

Abstract:In recent years, the requirements for scientific research ability of rural teachers have been continuously enhanced with teacher education reform and curriculum reform promoted substantially. The idea of teachers being researchers has become increasingly acceptable by scholars. However, there exist some problems with scientific research ability of rural teachers, such as negative views of scientific research, lack of scientific theories, weak research ability and inflated academic morality . Cultural and family factors, professional title evaluation system and teacher training modes are restrictive factor for the promotion of scientific research ability of rural teachers. Establishing practice - oriented project team, reforming professional title evaluation system and diversifying teacher in -service training modes are feasible countermeasures .
