| 摘 要： | 海南高等教育旅游管理人才的培养与行业需求存在着差距。这在对海南高等教育提出了更高的要求的同时,也为国际教育合作提供了一个非常好的契机。充分利用海南国际旅游岛的区位优势、政策优势,借助俄罗斯所拥有的世界第一流的教育体系,加强中俄旅游管理人才高等教育领域的合作,对中俄双方高等教育发展都会产生非常重要的积极意义。

| Abstract: | There is a gap between the talents trained by tourism higher education and the need of tourism industry. This phenomenon not only defines the mission and requirement of Hainan tourism higher education, but also provides with a good opportunity for international education cooperation. With the advantage of position and policy of Hainan International Tourism Island, the aid of first class education system in Russia, and the enhancement of Sino - Russia cooperation in higher education for tourism management talents, two countries w,.ill get very significant and beneficial development in higher education. |
