| Abstract: | Using a generalized Riccati transformation and integral averaging technique, the oscillation of third - order nonlinear neutral damped functional differential equations with distributed delays was analyzed to es- tablish some new sufficient conditions which insure that any solution of this equation oscillates or converges to zero. The corresponding results in known literature are extended and improved. |
