国家安全视角下的中国语言战略研究刍议

国内关于国家语言战略的研究多是着重于介绍美国语言战略研究的状况,并试图在美国语言战略框架下构建中国的语言战略,缺乏依据我国语言国情的、统观全局的、基于数据支持的系统研究。我国语言战略研究急需解决四个方面的课题:建立语言规划机构;促进各民族间互相学习语言;改革汉语国际推广机制;外语教育压缩规模,提高效率。我国国家安全与语言战略的长期规划应该主要包括国民语言习得规划和国家安全的语言战略支持系统。
