摘    要:基于京津冀区域经济合作的大背景和京津廊实现同城对接的发展构想,对廊坊市创新人才工作机制问题进行了深入探讨,并结合廊坊市的自身条件和发展实际,提出了廊坊市创新人才工作机制的新模式和途径,以期为廊坊市解决人才资源问题提供有益的参考。

Abstract:Based on the background of Jing-Jin-Ji regional economic cooperation and the grand development plan of achieving city butt in Jing-Jin-Lang,considered the practical situation and its own circumstances,this article investigated the relevant issues of human resources working mechanism in Langfang deeply and put forward new models and ways of innovation working mechanism of human resources in Langfang,the research findings will provide information for Langfang to solve the problems of human resources.
