| 摘 要： | 少先队辅导员良好的工作作风,可以对少年儿童产生潜移默化的教育作用。少先队辅导员应培养自己深入 实际的求实作风,讲究经常性与针对性;也应培养竭诚服务的扎实作风,端正态度以解决做“官”还是做“友”的问题, 办实事,拓展服务渠道,丰富服务手段,适应培养真抓实干的务实作风,既讲敬业,又讲创新、更讲艰苦奋斗。

| Abstract: | The fine work style of Young Pioneers' counsellors exerts an imperceptible influence on children's thinking and behaviour. Therefore, Young Pioneers' counsellors ought to be strict with themselves. They should cultivate in themselves the style of reality-seeking, i. e. going deep into the realities of life. Meanwhile, they also must cultivate the down-to-earth style of wholehearted service and the pragmatic style of doing solid work. |
