| 摘 要： | 根据规则采样ＰＷＭ的谐波消除原理，提出了一种适于单片机实现的三相ＰＷＭ算法，并用新型功率器件ＲＭＯＳ研制出谐波消除ＰＷＭ逆变器，通过仿真分析和实际运行验证了ＰＷＭ中的谐波消除效果。

| Abstract: | According to the principle of harmonic elimination of regular sampled PWM,a simple and efficient algorithm which allows single chip microprocessor implementation and generation of three phase PWM is presented,Also a novel PWM inverter driven by RMOS is designed.Simulating and experimental results verifies the effect of the harmonic elimination. |
