| 摘 要： | 财商是对大学校长素质和能力的新要求。作为大学校长,必须具备较高的财商,这是时代与社会发展的要求,也是大学职能与大学领导自身素质的要求。大学校长应通过学习、研究、交流和实践等手段,在观念、知识和能力方面不断提高自己的财商。
