| 摘 要： | 本文根据正义借以实现的途径 ,从体制正义、法律正义和道德正义三个方面对社会正义作了初步的探讨。体制正义作为正义之基 ,包括结构性正义和功能性正义两个方面。法律正义作为正义之绳 ,包括法律的实体正义和程序正义。道德正义作为正义之魂 ,包括道德的正义性和正义的道德性两个方面。本文分别考察了它们的内涵和原则 ,并指出这三大正义构成了一个统一的整体

| Abstract: | According to the means of the realization of justice, the paper explores social justice from three aspects: system justice, legal justice and moral justice. System justice includes structural and functional justice. Legal justice is the standard of justice, including entity justice and procedural justice. Moral justice is the soul of justice, including moral justness and just morality. The paper examines their content and principles and points out that the three kinds of justice form an integrated whole. |
