| 摘 要： | 第二次世界大战结束后,德国的政治教育以战后初期盟国进行的去纳粹化的民主再教育为起点,经过几十年的发展,逐渐形成了以联邦政府为主导、以中小学校为主要政治教育场所、以校园外的政治教育机构为必不可少的补充这一政治教育机构体系。德国政治教育机构体系构成的启示主要有社会成员接受政治教育的终身性、进行政治教育的全社会性及政治教育工作的创新性。
