| 摘 要： | 以软件业的产业特性为基础 ,采用市场均衡理论的分析方法分析了软件盗版行为产生的根源及其对软件行业发展的影响。在此基础上 ,提出了符合中国实际情况、兼顾消费者和生产者利益的打击盗版行为的政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the specific features of software industry,this paper tries to analyze the root of piracy by means of general equilibrium analysis and its effect on the development of software industry. On the basis of it,it makes a review of current Chinese intellectual property right policy' effect,and puts for ward to suggestions as to how to strike a balance between the benefits of both the consumer and the producer in the process of fighting piracy and promoting software industry development in China. |
