| 摘 要： | 在相关文献回顾的基础上,主要探讨了福建省农村智力回流的现状与制约因素,进而提出了促进福建省农村智力回流的相关政策建议:(1)转变落后的思想观念;(2)制定相关的政策措施;(3)营造良好的引智环境;(4)加快科技推广转化;(5)创新农村工作机制。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the present situation and restricted factors of the talent backflow in Fujian rural areas,and then puts forward some policy proposals to promote Fujian rural areas′ talent backflow.(1) Changing the backward ideas.(2) Formulating relevant policies and measures.(3) Creating good environment for the introduction of talents.(4) Accelerating the generalization and transformation of technology.(5) Innovating the rural working mechanism. |
