| 摘 要： | “农民工”是中国传统户籍制度下的一种特殊产物。农民工权益能否得到维护与保障，这不仅是涉及农民切身利益的问题，更是关系到和谐社会能否建成的关键问题。本文分析了农民工在构建和谐社会中的地位和作用，农民工合法权益存在的问题并提出了和谐社会维护农民工权益问题的思路与对策。
