我国当前农业科技服务体系研究

鉴于农业科技服务体系对我国农业发展有着至关重要的作用,从政府、农业高校和科研所、农民组织、农业龙头企业四个层面对我国的农业科技服务体系进行了阐述。针对我国当前农业科技服务体系中农业科技服务资源分散、服务环境不完善、服务人才匮乏以及国际经验不足的问题,提出从整合服务资源,改善服务环境,优化服务队伍和借鉴、学习国际先进经验这四个方面来建设我国农业科技服务体系的建议。

Review of Agricultural Science and Technology Service System in China

Due to the crucial role that Chinese agricultural science and technology service system played in history. This paper elaborates the system from government, agricultural universities and research institutes, farmers＇ organizations and agricultural enterprises. In response to issues like scattered distribution of service resources, imperfection of service environment, shortage of service talents, lack of international experience, it proposed service resource integration, service environment improvement, service team optimization, and learning from international advanced experience to rebuild our agricultural technology service system.
