| 摘 要： | 随着城镇化进程的加快,农村人口也随之大规模的流向城市,山西省现代农业发展不仅面临着劳动力老龄化、妇女化和低素质化等一系列当代劳动力主体缺失问题,年轻高素质劳动力的转移进一步导致现代农业发展后劲不足。同时,农村劳动力的流动也带来了农业生产要素的流动与重组,促进了现代农业要素市场的发育。从山西省农村劳动力流动的现状入手,分析了农村劳动力转移给山西省现代农业发展带来的正面和负面影响,在此基础上提出了促进山西省现代农业发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of urbanization, the large--scale rural labors are migrating into city. Which leads to problems for modern agricultural development. Based on the current situation of the rural labor mobility in Shanxi Province, it analyzes the positive and negative impact of the rural labor mobility on modern agricultural development, and gives sug- gestions for the development of modern agriculture in Shanxi Province. |
