农民工住房社会保障问题研究

自改革开放以来,在农村实行家庭联产责任承包制后,农民从土地上解放出来,随着中国经济的迅速发展,许多农民外出打工,一部分迁徙至东部沿海经济发达地区,一部分从本地农村迁往本地城镇,形成了一群特殊的群体——农民工。而随着中国城市化进程的加快和农民工群体的日渐庞大,他们的住房社会保障成为中国亟待解决的民生问题。从住房保障角度来探讨农民工纳入社会保障体系的模式和进展,对政府、企业所在试点范围形成的农民工创新住房保障模式进行分析探讨,以期为如何解决当前农民工住房保障问题提供参考。

On Social Security of Migrant Workers Housing

Since reforming and opening up, farmers have been liberated from the land after the implementation of household responsibility contract system in the countryside. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, many farmers are out to working in cities, some of whom migrated to the eastern coastal developed areas, others to local towns, hence a special group： migrant workers. As the migrant workers increases, their social security becomes a livelihood issue in China. From the perspective of housing security, this article explores the model and the progress of migrant workers＂ including in the social security system and discussed the government and private enterprise innovation of housing security.
