排斥与融合:新生代农民工城市适应性研究

新生代农民工日益成为我国城市建设的生力军。与老一辈农民工相比,他们更愿意留在城市里安家立业。然而,由于在经济、政治、文化、社会福利等方面的排斥,在他们融入城市生活过程中出现了较为严重的适应性问题。这些问题背后的原因主要有:一是新生代农民工自身社会资本的缺失,称为内因;二是社会体制的阻碍,称为外因。因而,需要从提升新生代农民工人力资本的投入、构建新生代农民工城市生活的社会资本、破除制约新生代农民工城市融入的制度性壁垒、建立健全新生代农民工的社会保障体系等多个层面去消减新生代农民工城市融入的困境。

Exclusion and Fusion： A Study of Adaptability of New Generation Migrant Workers in City

The new generation migram workers have become more important in China＇s city construction. Compared with the old generation migrant workers, they are more willing to live in the city. However, due to the economic, political, cultural and social rejection, there are many problems in their adaptability because of internal cause of the lack of social capital and the external cause of social system obstacles. Therefore, we should improve the human capital investment, build the social capital of city life, break the constraints of the institutional barriers and establish social security system.
